This section remains a work in progress. I used to write a lot more than I do now, but after some nervous system regulation and the development of my prefrontal cortex, I'm still finding my new voice.
Writing has always been my way of processing the world around me. From late-night poetry sessions in college to reflective essays about life's complexities, words have been my constant companion through growth, heartbreak, and discovery.
But here's a few random scribblings I've written over the years.
